As a criminal defense lawyer, I advise and represent individuals, companies, and witnesses facing criminal allegations. I defend my clients’ rights at every stage of criminal proceedings and confiscation proceedings, as well as through preventive legal advice and during internal investigations. Drawing on my experience as an ombudsperson, I also advise on the full range of legal issues relating to compliance. I have a particular interest in cases with an international dimension.

My practice focuses on white-collar and tax criminal law, particularly insolvency offenses and all forms of undeclared work and social security fraud. I also represent clients in general criminal law, juvenile criminal law, and regulatory offense proceedings.
