As a criminal defense attorney practicing nationwide and internationally, I advise and defend companies, executives, and private individuals in complex criminal proceedings with national and cross-border implications.

A key focus of my practice is extensive preliminary investigations, including the handling of digital evidence, modern investigative techniques, and emerging investigative technologies. This applies in particular to proceedings involving EncroChat, SkyECC, and ANOM. I also handle extradition and European Arrest Warrant proceedings, as well as cases involving Europol, Interpol, and other international law enforcement agencies. I also represent clients before the European Court of Human Rights and the Court of Justice of the European Union. Another focus is defending medical professionals and providing compliance consulting in the healthcare sector.
